Peach Oolong starts with the darker, more oxidized oolongs of Taiwan, known for their lush, playful flavors. On their own, these teas can taste deeply floral, honeyed and juicy, almost like a slice of ripe peach, so we blended in real peach pieces to bring that fruit to the front.
