Mosaic Coffee Roasters started in 2022 with a simple goal: get truly fresh, high-quality specialty coffee into your cup, and make the whole process as easy as possible. Founded by owner Nick Kulinich, we're a Springfield, Missouri roastery built on the three things we care about most: quality, freshness and customer service.

What we stand for

Quality. From single origins like Ethiopia, Guatemala and Brazil to our signature House Blend, we choose coffees we're proud to serve and roast every batch with care.

Freshness. Coffee tastes best fresh. Our focus is getting you the freshest coffee possible, so every bag you open is full of flavor.

Customer service. Ordering great coffee should be simple. We make it easy to find the right coffee, get it to your door, and get help whenever you need it.

We love teaching people about coffee. Not sure which coffee is right for you, or how to get the most out of it at home?
