We want to make managing your coffee routine as seamless as possible. When you sign up for a recurring subscription, you have full control over your active plans.
How to Modify or Cancel Your Subscription:

Self-Service Portal: You can pause, skip a delivery, update your address, or cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the "Manage Subscription" link found in any of your past order confirmation or renewal notification emails.

Login-Free Access: For your security and convenience, our portal uses a password-less login—simply enter your email address on the management page to receive a secure access code.
Cancellation Deadlines:

Before Shipment: To avoid being charged for your next scheduled bag of coffee, please submit your cancellation, pause, or skip request at least 24 hours before your upcoming renewal date.

After Renewal: Once a recurring order has processed and a renewal payment has gone through, we are already preparing and roasting your fresh coffee. Cancellations made after a renewal payment has processed will apply to the following scheduled shipment, and the current order will ship as planned.
