We want you to love your coffee experience. Because coffee is a fresh, perishable agricultural product, we handle roasted coffee slightly differently than merchandise, but we are fully committed to making sure you are satisfied.

Fresh Coffee & Perishable Items

  • Our Satisfaction Guarantee: If you have any issues with your coffee, received the wrong roast, or are unhappy with your order, please do not mail the coffee back to us.

  • Resolution: Contact us at info@mosaicroasters.com or call us at 417-228-0008 within 30 days of purchase. If an error was made or a refund is approved, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund the order to your original form of payment (less any adjustments for shipping and handling).

Gear, Merchandise & Non-Perishable Items In alignment with our store's return rules, we accept returns on non-perishable hardware, gear, and apparel under the following conditions:

  • Timeline: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping on eligible items. Please contact us to receive a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Condition & Fees: Items must be unused and in their original packaging. There are no restocking fees.

  • Exclusions: Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Refund Processing Once an eligible return is received or a refund is approved by our team, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original form of payment. Please allow a few business days for your banking institution to post the transaction.
