Shipping policy

Shipping Methods & Transit Times Mosaic Coffee Roasters LLC currently ships to the U.S. We partner with USPS and UPS to deliver your coffee fresh. We offer the following domestic shipping options:

  • Ground Shipping: 3–7 business days.

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days.

Fulfillment & Roasting Schedule To ensure maximum freshness, we roast to order 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).

  • Orders are packaged and shipped out within 24–48 hours of the beans being roasted, at which point your package enters the hands of the carrier company.

Tracking & Shipping Updates

  • Email Notifications: As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will automatically receive an email containing your carrier tracking number.

  • Shop App: Buyers utilizing Shopify Pay can also track and access the status of their shipment directly inside the Shopify App.

  • Delays: Any unexpected changes to our fulfillment schedule or broader carrier shipping delays will be communicated clearly via email or posted directly on our website storefront.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments Once a package leaves our facility, transit times and handling are under the control of the carrier (USPS or UPS). Mosaic Coffee Roasters LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are lost or stolen. However, if your package arrives damaged or is severely delayed, please reach out so we can help look into it.
